CCS: Archival installer for CCS 2.x and 3.x

Hi CCS team, 

We have a large customer who has a TMS320VC5409PGE100 product that was designed using CCS 2.x and 3.x   They are not interested in touching the old code base, but their management is asking that they be able to recompile their own code for archival purposes.  

Can I get a 2.x and 3.x installer so that they can add it to their archive.  

I see that they 'aren't available' based on our download page, however I was hoping there was a non-supported version tucked on a hard drive somewhere.
