CCS: HI. i have this problem when i try to use CCS cloud it says power cycle the device and try again and i don't know how to power cycle it.... iam using macbook pro.

This may be a problem where the required OS X kernel extension has not been installed.  In the error message, it is asking for you to run an install script to install the kernel extension. The script needs to be run as root.

Could you run the script mentioned in the error message as root and try again?

To power cycle the board, you just need to unplug it and plug it back in.
