I am using Code Composer Studio on my MAC, Version: 7.3.0.00019. From the resource explorer I can not successfully "download and install" any examples. A "downloading files" message box appears, does to 10%, then disappears. I've tries many times and many examples.

Can you tell me how to download and install and example from the resource explorer? Or, is TI having a server problem?

Jon,

Which software package are you attempting to download examples from. I think you may be running into an issue where the software package is displayed in Resource Explorer but is not actually available for Mac. I have hit the issue you described on my Mac where I click download and install and then the progress box quickly shows up and then disappears. When I check the disk nothing has been downloaded.

Resource Explorer needs to be fixed to inform users that the package is not available for their platform. There is a defect tracking this. Most newer software packages are available for Windows, Linux and Mac but not all.

I can not load any on the MAC, I tried a bunch of them. I also tried it with the Windows version. I was not able to download and install any from that either. So I think this version of CCS is broken.

Unfortunately the CC2640R2 SDK is only available on Windows.
www.ti.com/.../SIMPLELINK-CC2640R2-SDK

I have installed this from Resource Explorer before on Windows. I just tried this again with he latest 1.50.00.58 version and it works fine on Windows. On Mac it does the thing where it looks like it downloads quickly but doesn't really download.
