CCS: Getting some errors while compiling the code in CCS

Hi all,

presently i have started working with CCS and HALCOGEN. first i'm generating the code in HALCOGEN after that code using in CCS.

in CCs i'm adding "${PROJECT_ROOT}/include" and "${CG_TOOL_ROOT}/include" these to then also i'm getting 6 errors. Those errors i'm giving in bellow.

please any one help to resolve these problems.

i'm working on TMS470MF06607 Controller

1. #10010 errors encountered during linking; "EXAMPLE1.out" not built

2. <a href="processors.wiki.ti.com/.../10234"> unresolved symbols remain

3. cannot find file "rtsv7M3_T_be_eabi.lib" cannot find file "rtsv7M3_T_be_eabi.lib"

4. gmake: *** [all] Error 2

5. gmake[1]: *** [EXAMPLE1.out] Error 1

6. unresolved symbol copy_in, first referenced in ./source/sys_startup.obj

Hi,

I ran into the exact same issue as you and found out the default settings for a TMS470M project is incorrect.

In the main Build options, please change the option Runtime support library to <automatic>.

When the project is built for the first time, it will automatically build the missing library.

Hi,

In internal conversations it seems that my initial belief was wrong. The project should have been built without requiring modifications and therefore there is a bug in the linker.

To address that the bug CODEGEN-3924 was filed. You can check its status in the link SDOWP in my signature below.
