Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
I am trying to load a sample program from the C2000 Examples onto my board just to run it.
I go to Code Composer, load the sample program, build (works fine), set up a target configuration, and then press debug. I hit the following error:
When creating a target configuration, if I press "test connection", I see the following:
I've gone through forums and thought this was relevant information as well:

How do I get past these issues to be able to debug and run a program on my C2000-F28027?
