Slow clock when emulator is connected

Hi,

I have custom board with F28335, XDS510LC USB emulator, CCS3.3. When connected in CCS via the emulator to board, the processors runs slower than it is supposed to. The crystal is 30 MHz, the PLL is set to x5. With emulator connected the processor runs at 30 MHz. It used to work fine until recently.

Could you provide more details (How much slower? How did you measure this)?

It is 5 times slower, like if PLL isn't working. I have some code running in timer ISR, that runs exactly 5 time slower. SCI baudrate also is 5 time slower, SPI too. Simple blinking a LED proves this.

So all you are doing with CCS is just load and run and the LED blinks slower? Can you try a Free Run?

Huh, the program runs from Flash. In another post I complain I can't load into external RAM.

Free Run didn't help.
