ANy other version besides Code Composer 3.3 supports this device?
If not, where can I obtain CC3.3?

Boaz,

CCSv3.3 was the last version to support 24x devices.

It is available here: www.ti.com/.../ccstudio3

Does your company have existing licenses? i.e. is this a case where the original media is lost or is this a new purchase.

An 'lost media' thing. Although I did find the installer in some god-forsaken drive :)
