CCS error (halt) when i running graph and data logger simultaneously

when i took data from experiment (data from plant -> ezdsp tms28335 (via ADC) -> PC (Code Composer Studio 3.3)), When i was running graph (view-graph-time/frequency) and data logger (breakpoint) simultaneously, my PC (Code Composer Studio 3.3) always error (Hang). but when i only run graph (view-graph-time/frequency) or data logger (breakpoint) separetely, sometimes running well. solve my problem, please.
