CCS/TMS320C6713B: Flash burn tool not connected with c6713 hardware

Hi

I want to use flash burn 2.0 tool through CCSv3.1 for flash memory burning.

My hardware is c6713 dsk. But when to try to open .cdd configuration file, target hardware

is not connected. I have tried with this process for another c6713 kit, same problem arise.

I can't understand the issue.I have followed the flash burn all instructions & process.

Also tried with flash burn 3.1 trial version. but same result.

Kindly help me with proper guide.
