As far as I know, there is no such equivalent API in SYSBIOS.

I think in SYSBIOS it's developer's job to know which memory can be used by DMA.

I am using evmAM5728. From the example code PCIE I came to know that L2SRAM / DDR is used for DMA. Just want to know is there any way like linux way of allocating DMA memory.

You can use standard allocation APIs (malloc or Memory_alloc) in TI-RTOS and then use the cache APIs accordingly..
