Trouble installing the tms320vc5509a drivers and updates

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320VC5509A

Hi guys i am having trouble installing the tms320vc5509a drivers and updates. I am installing them from a CD. The CD came with the  tms320vc5509a DSK .

When i click on the install option everything goes smoothly until the end. At the end 2 dialog boxes pop up. One box  saying i need more 11,85MB of memory for the installation to complete and the other saying i need more 6.25 MB of memory. I have more then 70 GB of free memory on my hard disk.

I have no idea how to get around this thing.

when i can close the boxes the installation box says finish. when i click on it. the box closes and i have the 5509a diagnostic suite tool on the desktop. when i click on the diagnostic tool it starts. when i click on the start test button. the box fails the test.

I checked the device manager, it shows the Texas Instruments XDS560 PCI JTAG Emulator  with a caution sign next to it.

In the properties option its shows "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" statement

the tms320vc5509a dsk does not power up when the usb is plugged in

can anyone  please help me update the driver. or get it installed well.
