Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
Ok team,
I am an analog FAE attempting to describe my customer's SW development troubles stemming from CCS, so bear with me. One of my customers is designing a product that revolves around a few of our wireless connectivity MCUs. There are a lot of very specific questions, but they all boil down to one main overarching problem. How do two firmware developers work on the same project using different machines? We have one guy using a Mac, another with a windows machine, and they are having a really hard time figuring out how to share and bounce back and forth code updates to the same project in CCS. They tried using github to store their project, but they get tons of error messages when they try to open the project when it's not locally stored on that machine. Then they tried just storing a project file where both would just email project folders to each other, but they couldn't open a project unless it was created originally on that same machine.
I hope this was not too vague. I will get some screenshots and more info to share, but I wanted to get the ball rolling here on how you guys generally recommend doing this.
Thanks guys,
Brian
