Hi All.

I am FAE supporting for Samsung HA in Korea.

In order to evaluate DRV8323+C2000 lanch pad in customer site, I installed GUI composer and CCS in customer's PC. They are installed without any problem but I couldn't implement these program in customer computer. The window of GUI composer open as soon as I clicked the file but the window disappeared shortly. Whereas I checked that same files worked well in my laptop. The files that I used for installation are same.

Would you let me know how I implement GUI composer and CCS 7.3.0 on customer PC?

    Sammy,

    Which specific GUI is the customer trying to open? 

    One key point to check is if the customer's machine has English Language pack installed. We are aware of an issue where non-English language setting impacted the opening of some of the GUIs (a related post is here ).

    The latest GUI Composer Runtime (available in CCS App Center) should fix this issue. Could you have the customer install that and check if the issue is resolved?
