i am also facing same problem, and i reinstalled code composer ccv7.0.0, but still it is not working as i expected

Mamatha,

If you are looking to create a new project please start with one of the examples from the SimpleLink CC13x0 SDK. If you want to something that is as empty as possible you can use the one titled "portable" as it is pretty simple. Essentially I am suggesting you start with an example and then modify from there.
