CCS: CCS v4.4 documentation

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I'm working on a project that needs to stick with CCS v4.4 tools, and I'm having trouble finding the PDF documents on TI's site. Are they available anywhere? I know that I can use the help browser in CCS itself, but I'd also like them in PDF form if possible.

We have pdfs for the compiler documents but we don't have them for the help for the IDE itself.

Since you mentioned 4.4 I think you are looking for the compiler manuals. If you can let me know which device you are using I can locate them.

Hi John -

Yes, that's correct, I'm looking for toolchain documentation. I'm working with an MSP430. I managed to find a copy of the C compiler user guide (slau132j.pdf), but I'm still missing (at least) the assembly language tools user guide (slau131j.pdf?).

It is possible that it didn't follow the same revision schedule. I can find the "g" version for the 4.1 tools.
