Dear All

I installed C2000Ware_1_00_03_00 but it do not appears in Properties->CCS General->Products of my project. Only the last version C2000Ware_1_00_02_00 appears.

What I can do to include it?

Luis,

Did you install the C2000Ware latest version from ti.com? If so I have noticed the same thing. If the package is downloaded and installed from Resource Explorer then it is automatically added to the Discovered Products list, but if it is installed from ti.com, then it is not.

However, this should not impact your project build though. Let us know if you are seeing any issues with building and using the projects themselves.

I must had installed from TI site

As usually I changed all paths to the new C2000ware. Now I changed the variable COM_TI_C2000WARE_DEVICES_PACKAGE_INSTALL_DIR (in Linked Resources) for the new C2000ware also. But every time I start CSS I have to actualize COM_TI_C2000WARE_DEVICES_PACKAGE_INSTALL_DIR.

What I must do to not actualize every time I start CCS the variable COM_TI_C2000WARE_DEVICES_PACKAGE_INSTALL_DIR?

There is some incompatibility between how product discovery and project import process works when C2000Ware is downloaded from Resource Explorer vs TI web. We are currently investigating this and hope to clear things up in the near future. Until then please continue to use the workaround of manually editing the variable paths. Sorry about the inconvenience caused due to this.

In General Variables I could not fix the path to C2000Ware_1_00_03_00. I changed and it changed back to C2000Ware_1_00_02_00 right way. So in Library (Path's to) the C2000Ware_1_00_02_00 took precedent for any lib I added manually ( even with C2000Ware_1_00_03_00 path)

I have noticed the same thing and had to manually fix the projects I have that were pointing to 1_00_02_00.

As Aarti mentioned, there is currently a difference between the version downloaded from TIREX vs ti.com

For your installations from ti.com, copy the ".metadata" folder (I attached versions for 1.00.02.00 and 1.00.03.00) to root folder of C2000Ware (ex: ~/ti/c2000/C2000Ware_1_02_00_00). This will have this version identified as a product and resolve the difference.

Example may have to be re-imported (and CCS workspace closed then reopened)
