CCS/CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL: Problem with CCS and FREERTOS on Ubuntu

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I installed FREERTOS latest version (v10.0.0) on my Ubuntu OS to run projects that require support for FREERTOS in CCS. But when I compile any project, I get an error: Required variable 'FREERTOS_INSTALL_DIR' cannot be resolved or is pointing to a non-existent location... What could be the problem?
