CCS/TMS320F28035: Not able to upload standard code into CC2803 Iso card

Hello,

I have been trying to upload code into CC 2803 iso card mounted on a Docking stn but I am facing error.

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -1015 @ 0x0)
Device is not responding to the request. Device may be locked, or the debug probe connection may be unreliable. Unlock the device if possible (e.g. use wait in reset mode, and power-cycle the board). If error persists, confirm configuration and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).
(Emulation package 7.0.48.0).

I tried to change with F2803x control card then the I am able to upload the code.

So can anyone suggest what is the problem with my CC2803x ISO card and possible solutions for it.
