We want to program TMS320F206 we have the program already pl. let us know how can we program this , we are ready to pay for any softwares or hardwares required to do so

We don't have a debug probe that is compatible with TMS320F206 but I believe Spectrum Digital still sells them. I would suggest contacting Spectrum Digital to see if this product is compatible with F206: www.spectrumdigital.com/.../

I have the Code Composer 2x/5x version somewhere. I will find that and send you a private message.

You will need to old Code Composer software which is distributed by Spectrum Digital. See the below thread:

As for questions about hardware, I suggest posting in the C2000 device forum.
