CCS version 4.2.1

Hello,

I'm currently using CCS version 4.2.1 for my project which resides in workspace XXX for example and I'd like to know the easiest way to change the workspace name to something like YYY for example, without having to re-create a new workspace.

Hi Len,

Are you using 4.2.0 RC1? There is no 4.2.1 build that has been released as far as I know.

Anyway you should be able to just rename your workspace. I've done this in the past.

Hi ki,

My mistake!! I'm actually using CCS version 4.1.2. So what you're sayiing is that I can just rename the workspace folder with Windows Explorer and I don't have to use CCS. Is that correct?

Yes. You will have to do it outside CCS anyway otherwise the workspace folder will be locked.
