CCS/CC2640R2F: "Resource Explorer server failed to start"

Hi,

Yesterday, my ccs Resource Explorer was good. But today, I can't open it. The error info was "Resource Explorer server failed to start".

I had restarted CSS and rebooted my PC for several times, and even re-installed the CCS, but the problem remains.

Is it blocked by some kind of firewalls?

How can I fix it? Or how can I continue with my developing work without Resource Explorer?

    Which software package do you work with? Most software packages available on Resource Explorer are also available for download from ti.com. Resource Explorer just provides the added convenience of downloading it directly from the CCS interface with a single click. But you can still download and install them from the TI website to get you going.

    I was using the latest Version: 7.4.0.00015
    However, after a period of time, without doing anything, it recoverd automaticly.
