How do you add command buttons to the debugger window?

This morning I had to reboot my computer to perform an update (unrelated to CCS) and when I restarted CCSv4, the "reset" command button was missing from the debug window. How do I get it back?

Unfortunately, that did not get the "reset" button back.

Is the button greyed out, or is it completely missing? Could you attach a screenshot?

It is working now. I guess it always was.

As I said, when I rebooted this morning the button was gone (not greyed out). I started a debug session and the button was still gone. However, once I hit "run" the button appeared. I closed CCSv4 and restarted, now the button is there but greyed out until I run (in which case it appears non-greyed out).

This is strange. If it happens again, I will just hit "run" and I guess the button will appear.
