CCS: How do I key bind middle mouse in CCS7?

I would like to bind Backward History (ATL+LEFT) by default to middle mouse on CCS 7.4.0.00015 . When I entered Preferences -> General -> Keys I was unable to find references to mouse buttons or click in the binding text box to make keys mapped. Can someone put me on the right track to mapping mouse buttons/wheel?

    Hello,
    The short answer is that this functionality is not supported by CCS/Eclipse.

    Though I suppose that if you find a way to bind the middle button to map to a specific key press at the OS level, that it could also apply to CCS. I've never tried this however.
