I am trying to catch where prefetch/data error happens, when I set the catch, although the program stops, I have no information on the offending code, no stack trace. Any ideas? Thx

Hello,
Are you using a program watchpoint on the PC to trigger a halt? What CCS are you using and which compiler?

HW Trace would be ideal but HW trace options are limited on your device. It does have an ETM so it may be possible to use that if you have an XDS560v2 based debug probe. Which debug probes do you have access to?

A colleague pointed out that your device can support PC trace with an XDS560v2 PRO TRACE pod:
e2e.ti.com/.../2362534

This would be the ideal (but costly) option
