Fail connection to the PC

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F2808, CCSTUDIO

I'm currently using the board of TMS320F2808. I installed the CCS version 4. When i run the diagnostic test on the board, it passed. However, when I try to import the example file to the CCS 4, and following the steps to continue it, it stucked somewhere.

I'm currently using DELL laptop in Microsoft Windows XP professional service pack 3 and my TMS320F2808 did not modify before.

My questions are:

1. Where can i set the BOOT MODE for the CCS4?

2. How do I develop an CCS3 existing project through CCS4? The problems always arise when I want to debug it.

3. Why when I check my device manager, the Emulator does not connect to the PC?

Hope anyone out there can help me deal with all these problems occurred.

Regards,

Ye-Ne
