CCS: CCS 7.4 install, import 7.2 project - java.util.NoSuchElementException

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Trying to install/use CCS 7.4, and get that error from Java, when trying to import my CCS 7.2 project ... and basically for any other attempted action with it after (if I ignore the initial error during the project import).  I've attached a picture showing it.

Please advise,

    Do you see this error only with this specific project or with multiple projects? 

    Could you attach the project metadata files (.*project) for this project so we can try to reproduce the error and investigate?

    Multiple/all projects.

    Tried to send to you direct, more than once, but it failed with message "Sorry, there was a problem with your last request!"

    Thank you for sending the project files privately. I can reproduce the error and we are investigating.
    I will post an update when we have additional information.

    I have filed bug # CCSIDE-3276 for this issue to be tracked and investigated. You may track its status using the SDOWP link in my signature.
    I will let you know if we identify a workaround for importing this project into CCS 7.4, and sorry about the inconvenience caused.

    I have a similar error since the recent install 7.4, have you fixed it or release new patch.

    This issue has been fixed and will be in CCS 8.0 release currently scheduled for March.
