CCS/CC2640R2F: Unable to upload code to CC2640 Device

Hi,

I am using Code Composer Studio version 7 with XDS200 debugger (drivers are up to date), and am trying to upload a slight modification of simple_peripheral project from Bluetooth SDK. It builds okay, but I get the error

"Ërror connecting to the target:
(Error -241 @ 0x0)
A router subpath could not be accessed.
A security error has probably occurred.
Make sure your device is unlocked.
(Emulation package 7.0.100.1) "

I suspect it may be related to CCS v7 as my supervisor can upload a project using CCSv6, but also gets an error with CCSv7. Is there any advice?

Michael,

When I search on the forums for "Make sure your device is unlocked" the most common solution is for people to run a mass erase using Flash Programmer 2. www.ti.com/.../FLASH-PROGRAMMER

Can you give that a try?

In future I will try that if I meet such an error. A PCB error was found which I believe is causing the issues.
