    Which version of CCS are you using and what is your operating system?

    Is this the first time you are launching CCS after install? Were there any errors or messages reported during installation?
    This is not a common error, so is it possible for you to try installing CCS on another machine as a test to see if the issue is specific to some setting/environment on this particular machine?

    3. Yes, prompt to close anti-vir
    4. No..

    Our IT said I cannot close anti-vir while installation.
    I will try to persuade our IT and install again.

    Please do try the installation again when you get a chance and let us know how it goes. If you plan to install to the same directory as the previous installation, be sure to first delete the previous installation directory completely.

    Also I would recommend installing from the offline installer rather than the web installer as the web installer occasionally has some issues with downloading certain components.
