Sir/Ma'am I'm doing a project using DSK TMS320C6713. Can you please tell me which CCS version is compatible with windows 10 and where can I find the gel files and board support files for the same? Also can you please provide me a simple led blinking 'C' program and the entire procedure to load the program using CCS on DSK TMS320C6713 board?

Hi,

The link I sent before contains a complete reference to support your board: the CCS version compatible (7.x) which already has GEL files; links to example projects as well as signal processing libraries. As I mention there as well, example code is widely available on the internet in the shape of books, tutorials and online university courses.
