Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
I'm having a lot of issues with CCS 7.4.0.00015 on OSX.
I recently disabled indexing in order to stop the IDE hanging while saving:

Now, I'm seeing other problems, and I'm reduced to turning indexing on and off all the time.
Sometimes CCS hangs with the "spinning beachball" every few minutes unless I disable indexing.
Sometimes, I get a hang while "Preparing for build" unless I disable indexing.
The thing is, being able to look up symbols is the main reason to use an IDE.
Does anyone have a workaround?
