CCS/TM4C129XNCZAD: Resource explorer is empty even if i have installed libraries

From your screenshot, I can see that Resource Explorer is off-line (not connected to the internet). Assuming you have internet connection, can you try connecting Resource Explorer to the internet (click on the red cloud icon in the upper right corner)?

Resource explorer is offline from my selection because i want to view the example that are currently on my PC.
this feature work correctly on Windows 7 with CCS6

Which version of CCSv6 were you using? If it was 6.2, were you using the classic Resource Explorer or new one?

on windows 7 i'm using CCS6.2.0.00050_win32 and the resource explorer seem the same. here a picture

I see that the TivaWare package installed on your Windows 10 PC is version 2.1.4. I don't think that version is supported by Resource Explorer. Did you install it standalone (outside Resource Explorer)?

The issue is that Resource Explorer relies on the package metadata to properly display it. Resource Explorer currently checks for the package metadata versions in the cloud (latest for TivaWare being 2.1.3), not from the package that is installed locally in your environment. We have plans to change it so that it will also read the metadata for packages installed locally but that is not currently implemented.
