CCS/CC3200: Error when i tried to install CCS

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

when i tried to install CCS ,it tolded me "Code Composer Studio requires Windows 7 Service Pack 1 installed. Please install the service pack before running the installer." . But I have installed the SDK and Service Pack. I don't know what to do . Who can help me .

Hello,
Can you open a DOS window and type in the following command:

systeminfo | findstr /B /C:"OS Name" /C:"OS Version"

Please provide the output here.

This is the second time that i tried to install CCS ,the first time I success. But when i reinstalled the OS , it can't be installed in . I don't know why.

From you screenshot, I can see that you do NOT have Windows 7 Service Pack 1 installed. Your Windows OS version is: 6.1.7600. Service Pack 1 is 6.1.7601.

Please install service pack 1:
support.microsoft.com/.../windows-7-install-service-pack-1-sp1

On your first time, your PC probably already had service pack 1 installed. Then when you reinstalled the OS, you didn't update it to service pack 1.

thanks , I am trying . By the way I want to know how you can know the service pack I installed is is 6.1.7601? I didn't see it in any place.

Thanks , I had redownload the win7 Service pack for the offical websit ,and install it ,then it worked .

Excellent! Glad to see it is working now.

As for how I knew that Windows 7 SP1 is build number 6.1.7601, I just looked around online:
