CCS/TMS320C6678: Code composer studio - upgrade from 5.5 to 7

Hi Team,

We are trying to install CCS version 5.5 in a primary partition (C:\ drive) in windows.

Some packages are not getting installed completely.

Is there any limitations for installing CCS in primary partition?

Dinesh,

By default CCS will install on your primary partition. Can you describe the errors that are occurring? The subject line mentioned upgrading from 5.5 to 7. Are you trying to install both? If so make sure to install them in separate directories.

Something like C:\ti\ccs550 and C:\ti\cc740

Hi John,

No, I am not trying to install 2 versions in a system.

We are facing errors as attached in the forum.
