CCS/CC2640R2F: CCS Cloud not autosaving - lost edits

Hi,

I have auto save enabled:

...but it is not auto saving. I just had a phone call and lost all my work as CCS Cloud had terminated the connection.

Is there anything else that I need to set besides the above?
