CCS: Readme files packaged with Code Composer Studio offline installers

The CCS offline installers are being packaged with the wrong Readme files.  Both the Linux and Mac versions include the Windows Readme file.  Additionally, the Windows Readme file does not use the appropriate end of line character, so it displays incorrectly in Notepad.

This has been ongoing for a couple of versions now, so I'm not sure when the problem originated.  I have confirmed that the Mac and Linux offline installers for version 8.0.0.00016 have the incorrect Readme file included.
