Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler
The cg_xml package is a package of Perl scripts used to process the XML files that come from the TI compiler tools. Use it to do things like convert an executable file to a binary file, or compare executables, and much more. Please see this article for more background. Version 2.60.00 is now available for free download (my.ti.com login required). Specific details about the release are in the package release notes.
