Hi,

Trying to get CCS Cloud working under OSX but I can not get the cloud agent to work correctly. I've tried under Firefox, Safari, and Chrome to no avail. The plugins for each of the browsers appear to work fine, however it looks as though they can't communicate with the cloud agent. When I install the cloud agent I get an error and I presume this is the cause of the problem (screenshot attached). Clicking on the OK button completes the installation, but clearly it hasn't worked. Has anyone else had these problems?

Update:
Installs fine on my laptop. Desktop still not working.

I tried manually creating the link from the error above and it didn't fix things. Incidentally, this required me to use `sudo` so it looks like there's a permissions problem with the installer under some conditions.

Deleted Chrome, along with the Application Support files and ran the installer again. This time it got past the error but showed the same error for Firefox. Manually created the link (also required sudo) and now Firefox appears to be working.

So, the problem is a permissions issue on folders in ~/Library/Application Support/ coupled with the installer bombing out on first error and not trying any of the other stuff. I suspect Safari will be the same issue.
