Hoping someone can help me understand why my CCS will install all updates except CCS 4.1.3 .
When I run the update(FInd and Install), I get to a point where I'm ask to install "Code Composer Studio Updates" -> "Service Release" -> "Code Composer Studio 4.1.3.00038". When I do this the download proceeds, the download manager runs, and then I'm asked to install. When this starts I receive the following error...

[C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\ccsv4\eclipse\features\com.ti.ccstudio.product_4.1.3.00038\install_images\msvc\vcredist_x86.exe (Access is denied)]

After receiving the error, I've tried playing with the security/permission settings on the TI folders but so far have not found a combination that allows the update to proceed. Can anyone suggest something to try? Thanks.
