For the UCD3138 Family, we have no reference designs for that particular application. We do have a PFC EVM which is designed for single phase 110/240.


To get 300 volts DC from 440, I think you need also a DC/DC to drop your bulk voltage down to 300 volts, at least with a conventional PFC.


We have a variety of DC/DC EVMs, but most of those are designed to drop from the 380 volts or so that our PFC generates down to much lower voltages. We also have telecom EVMs which are designed to start with 48 volts. I think you could start with these EVMs and design a supply to drop from the ouput of a 440 Volt PFC to 300 volts, but they are certainly not reference designs.

If you need three phase 440, I'd suggest the TI C2000 family.
