CCS/RM46L852: Multiple Segger J-Links debugging at the same time

Not directly from inside CCS, given that Segger does not have any settings that uniquely identify each connected probe.

You can also post this question to Segger support at support_jlink@segger.com, as they may have a way to perform this through their own software.
