CCS: Link ccs6.2 and Matlab 2016a

Hello community,

I'm trying to establish the link between Matlab 2016a with CCS 6.2. I've used some videos (using ccsv4/5) but it dosent work.

When I build my project it displays this error: "Cannot start CCS application (COM error ID: 0x80040154). Verify that your CCS software is installed and configured properly."

If someone has an idea about how should I resolve this problem

Hello,
I believe you need Matlab 2016b for CCSv6 support:
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../MatLab_and_CCS

It would be best to confirm with Mathworks directly.

MathWorks R2016a should work with CCSv6, but I am not clear on what workflow you are using.

The error looks like it could be a COM port issue. Can you run and work with your device with CCS (and no MathWorks tools)? That will confirm the COM port configuration is correct.

If everything is ok using CCS, then you probably have a MathWorks configuration issue. For help with that, contact MathWorks Technical Support.
