Hello, thanks for reply. I am using Windows 10 Pro and it is 64-bit Windows. I have installed CCS V8 on Windows 7 64-bit and there was no problem.

Thanks. I have that version (or close to it) and it works fine for me.

Does any install logs at all get generated? The logs would be in the a sub directory (.\ccsv8\install_logs) inside the folder you chose to install CCS in.

Does any install logs at all get generated? The logs would be in the a sub directory (.\ccsv8\install_logs) inside the folder you chose to install CCS in. There is no log file. Not even the installer created the installation folder as you suggest (\ ccsv8 \).

The only message when i try to install the program, is the sended in the first message, then the message dialogue box disappears.

Is there anything else i can try?

Hi,

Could you please try the installer without the --mode win32 parameter. Initial logs are generated in the %TEMP% folder. Look for the latest bitrock*.log file there and post it here, please.
