Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
Hi,
I installed Code Composer Studio 8 in the fresh WIN10.
When I try to install MSP430Ware from Resource Explorer.
It shows error.
But SimpleLink MSP432 SDK is OK.
How do I do?
I have been trying to reproduce this on a couple of machines but have not had any luck. For me it completes successfully. One thing I noticed is that it is very slow to download. Extracted it is almost 2GB. The error message implies that there is a connection error and that is why it is failing. The download should be getting mirrored to Taiwan.
One thing that we could try is to download MSP430Ware from a different source and if that works Resource Explorer should detect it and just download the metadata for it.

If you install in the standard location of C:\ti then Resource Explorer should detect it. You can trigger it to scan by clicking on this menu:
