Hi,

I am trying to run Cloud CCS and have installed TI Cloud Agent. My computer is Windows 10, 2 GHz processor, 64 bit and the chrome version is 67. I get the message as shown in the picture when I try to run a Tiva C Series TM4C123G Launchpad [EK-TM4C123GXL].

Please help me to fix this. Thanks.

What kind of permissions do you have with your account (admin?)? Also, would it be possible to temporarily disable any firewall and other security software and try again?
