we have tried to install the CCS in windows 10 pro, but it is not installing (showing the error as can't install in windows 10 pro).

Immanuel,

CCSv5 is not supported on Windows 10. I would suggest downloading a more recent version of CCS such as 8.1 that is supported on Windows 10. You can download CCS here: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Download_CCS
