Migration Error from CCS 3.3

I am having trouble compiling a project which was migrated from CCS 3.3 to CCS 4.0 using the migration tool.

When I press "build all" I get the following error:

"  *** No rule to make target 'filename.obj' needed by 'outfilename.out'  "

What should I do?
