CCS/TMDX5535EZDSP: Error connecting to the target

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

We followed the steps in the document come with the KIT and the audio test goes well but, after installing CCS it can not connect to the KIT. And this message appears.

I tried with different versions of CCS and different computers.
