CCS/TMS320F28069: Breakpoint Error: Error enable this function. This task cannot be accomplished with the existing AET resources

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I am using CCS 8 + tms320f28069 +USB XDS 100v2. 

I am currently having issues with setting breakpoints. I have below error for every break point I put in. "Error enable this function: this task cannot be accomplished with the existing AET resources." 

Appreciate your suggestions.
