CCS/CCSTUDIO: TIREX Default Folder

Part Number: CCSTUDIO

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

By default, TIREX uses c:\ti path as folder. However, TIREX informs this parameter can be changed in Preferences.

However, I was unable to find the right option on the meny Windows > Preferences. The root folder dedicated to IDEs is called c:\Others on my laptop.

I'm using CCS 8.1.0.

    Hello Rei,

    I believe that you need to access the Preferences menu within the Resource Explorer application (re: screencap below), rather than Windows -> Preferences in the parent Code Composer Studio IDE.

    (This probably should be made clearer in the dialog to avoid ambiguity.)

    Thank you for the hint, it solved my issue.

    My screen wasn't large enough to display the menu symbol for the TIREX > Preferences options.

    Mentioning the exact location of the Preferences menu in the dialog bow would be great.
