CCS/MSP432E401Y: CCS v8.1 crash during closing, Alt+F4 triggered

I had an odd error when closing CCS v8.1 (Windows 10):

After hitting OK, there was another dialog box with Application Error but I didn't get a screenshot of that one.

I opened CCSv8.1 again and closed it without any errors. Weird.

This is CCS 8.1.0.00011 fyi.

Hi Eric,
A common cause of this is some metadata corruption inside your workspace folder. This can lead to some instability such as the issue you experienced. If the issue continues to get worse, I suggest you clean your workspace folder.
